Payment options available:A 2% administrative fee will apply to all payments.
a) Credit card payment: reserved apartment(s) must be paid for in full at the time of booking, confirmation will be provided by email.
b) Bank transfer: reserved apartment(s) must be paid for in full within 05 working days of booking.
• Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved apartment(s) is received by bnetwork. If your payment is not received within the timeline stipulated above, your apartment(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.
• There are no exceptions to the above terms and conditions.

Policy may vary depending on the agency involved. Generally, 100% cancellation fees would apply.Security depositThe security deposit is compulsory to cover any damage to the property and/or its contents as well as payment for extras and all additional services requires during the stay and will be handled directly by the real estate agency handling the chosen apartment. The security deposit is requested by the agency and is compulsory when renting villas or luxury apartments. In the absence of any dispute, the agency will refund the security deposit within 30 days following the departure.
Minimum night stay policyFor apartment rentals, a minimum stay is applicable and may vary between 4 to 7 nights depending on the agency involved.
Invoicing process• bnetwork is collecting the pre-payment for all the accommodation reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the accommodation providers (except the 2% admistration fees).
• bnetwork will provide a confirmation including a summary of the apartment(s) reserved for you and the total amount paid.
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice be issued by the agency upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your agency before departure (in case of direct extensions, meals, extras etc.).
• Please address any specific invoicing details or requests to b network directly and they will be communicated to the accommodation providers accordingly.
VAT may be applied to your invoices.
Complaints procedureAll complaints and claims which you make in relation to the accommodation are to be directed to (and are the responsibility of) the accommodation provider.
Force majeureBnetwork will not accept no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, , acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, computers, cyber security attacks or any collapse of building structures.
Limitation of liabilitybnetwork will not be responsible for the loss or damage whatsoever including any to any property left in the hotel or accommodation.
Any apartment rented via our platform must be used exclusively as accommodation. As events are subject to specific regulations, it is imperative to consult us beforehand for any use of this type.
bnetwork declines all responsibility in the event of non-compliance or infringement of municipal by-law 24/8571 of November 19, 2024, which may lead to the immediate evacuation of the accommodation.
